When I started my business, creativity and intuition were my only strategies. I lived in a constant state of creation, exploring ideas, developing my body of work, moving from one burst of inspiration to the next. I was creating from pure potential, but over time, I found myself building something so complex that I couldn't see my way through it.
I was working all the time, always launching something new, chasing momentum I could barely hold and most of all, I lacked the structures that could stabilize the vision I was pouring my life into.

But it took me getting to the point where I just couldn't sustain what I had created to diving deep into what it truly takes to expand without burning out.
