Is this right for my stage of business?

What if I have taken business courses and nothing has stuck?
That usually means you were given tactics without architecture — and without a room that could read how you specifically operate. Most programs teach strategies in isolation. The Academy builds a framework that integrates offer, positioning, systems, and leadership and applies it in real time with you. This is not more information. It is a structured year of building.

How much time does this require per week?
During the first 90 days - 3 to 5 hours per week. One to two hours of curriculum, one hour for weekly live sessions, one to two hours of implementation. After 90 days you control the pace based on what you are building and where you need support.

What if I cannot make the live calls?
All weekly sessions and quarterly intensives are recorded and available in the member portal. That said, The Academy is a live build environment. The depth of refinement is strongest when you participate in real time. If you cannot engage live at all, this may not be the right season to enroll.
