“ I have always struggled with consistency as a Neurodiverse creator.
I remember so many times over the years laying on my couch in freeze mode with that sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach, wallowing in self hatred about why I wasn’t able to show up and deliver something I had agreed to.
The inner thoughts and talk that I would engage in during these moments only served to create more of the thing that I wanted freedom from but at that time, I didn’t understand how it all worked.
There is so much suffering we put ourselves through by not understanding the purpose behind our unique wiring and the places in us where we can find power and responsibility.
Confusion.
Overwhelm.
Anxiety.

Self Disrespect.
What I can tell you is that everything in you serves a purpose, even the suffering. It is all information attempting to help you fine tune your internal system back to the point of Alignment.
